Anabelle Alamir represents individuals with complex issues arising in domestic disputes, including divorce, dissolution, legal separation, property division, alimony, child support, adoption, custody, shared parenting, and visitation.
During the summer of 2021, Anabelle externed with Judge Richard A. Lanzillo, Chief Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, gaining valuable experience and understanding of the innerworkings of the Federal Court. In 2022, Anabelle joined the Firm as a summer law clerk, returning to the Firm in the summer of 2023.
Anabelle completed her undergraduate degree from John Carroll University in just three years, where she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and served as the chapter’s Vice President of Community Service.
Anabelle graduated from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, where she served as President of the Student Bar Association in her third year. During law school, Anabelle also participated in Duquesne’s Wills & Healthcare Decisions Clinic, where she gained experience working hands-on with clients and drafted wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare powers of attorney documents.

While in college, Anabelle worked at the John Carroll University Health Center as the Lead Relational Peer Health Advocate. In this role, Anabelle produced and presented content to the student community relating to healthy and safe relationships, bystander intervention, and other emerging health concerns as needed to improve the student experience. As a result of her advocacy, Anabelle received the John Carroll University Communication Department Interpersonal Communication Award in her final year.
Anabelle was an active participant in the Duquesne Student Bar Association, serving as a first-year Senator, as Executive Board Secretary during her second year, and as President in her final year. Anabelle’s active participation in the Duquesne community earned her the Student Organization Award at graduation. Anabelle also served as a contributor and editor of the Juris Legal Blog while at Duquesne, writing many articles relating to domestic relations law and estate planning.
On October 10, 2023, Anabelle coordinated and presented a CLE event, in conjunction with Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, titled “Mental Health IS Health.” The program focused on educating lawyers and law students about the prevalence of mental health and substance use issues in the legal field. The program attracted over 300 in-person attendees.
