Luciano Valerio is an Associate Attorney in the Civil Litigation Department at Gembala McLaughlin Pecora, where he represents individuals, businesses, and public entities in a wide range of civil matters. He has been with the firm for several years. Before becoming an attorney, Luciano gained valuable experience as a law clerk at the firm, working closely with attorneys on litigation strategy, legal research, and motion practice. That experience continues to inform his practical, detail-oriented approach to representation.
Luciano’s practice includes education law, municipal law, landlord-tenant matters, business litigation, business formation and compliance, consumer protection law, real estate litigation, defamation and First Amendment law, and food and agricultural law, including matters involving the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA). His work spans both advisory and litigation roles, assisting clients with regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and courtroom advocacy.
