Matthew is an experienced attorney who is dedicated to guiding individuals, families, and business owners through life’s most important transitions. Matthew’s primary focus in our Estate Department is the formation of your Estate Plan, and choosing which path is best for you and your family. Each client presents an entirely different puzzle, and deciphering those to make the best choice for those you care for most is something Matthew excels in. From a simple will, to complex Medicaid Planning, Matthew has experience drafting the documents necessary to effectuate your vision.
Matthew also currently serves as an outside general counsel to several businesses, which range from 100 Thousand Dollars to 100 Million Dollars in gross revenues annually. Navigating the complex transactional world, and creating the succession plans for family owned businesses, including sales and transfers, has allowed Matthew to help out in his community to make sure that the businesses are protected as they expand and/or transition while reducing tax obligations.
